How do I pay for a booking?

We accept M-Pesa, card payments, and bank transfers. At checkout, select your preferred payment method and follow the prompts.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellation policies vary by property. Check the cancellation policy on the listing before booking. Free cancellation is available on many stays.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through M-Pesa and payment gateways. We never store your card details.

Dispute Resolution

If you have an issue with a booking, car rental, or payment, we're here to help resolve it fairly.

  • Contact the host or fleet owner first to resolve directly
  • If unresolved, open a dispute through your dashboard or email us
  • Our team will review both sides and mediate a resolution
  • Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy
